Raul Garcia, better known as, WHATUPRG, is a Mexican-American artist/producer from North Atlanta, GA. For fans of WHATUPRG, his name has become synonymous with innovation and Authenticity. As a child of immigrant parents, Raul pulls inspiration from the wide array of culture he grew up in and uses his unique story as a means to connect with listeners.
