UK worship Matt Redman currently lives with his wife Beth and their five children in Orange County, California. Writer on songs such as ‘10,000 Reasons’, ‘Blessed Be Your Name’, ‘Heart of Worship’ and ‘Son of Suffering’, he is also the author of several books on worship. Matt dreamed up WOR/TH to help create an environment where songwriters, music-leaders and their teams can think deeply about our sung theology in worship.

Charity Gayle lives in Houston, TX and leads worship with her husband Ryan Kennedy. Together there they are cultivating GatherHouse – a 24 hour prayer and worship movement. Writer of songs such as ‘Thank You For the Blood’, ‘Endless Praise’ and ‘I Believe’, Charity is also known for the beautiful version of ‘I Speak Jesus’ which she carried to so much of the global Church.

Leeland Mooring has been a key voice in contemporary worship music for nearly two decades. A prolific writer, Leeland’s worship songs include ‘Lion and the Lamb’, ‘Better Word’, ‘Heart and Flesh’ and ‘Pure Bride’. His powerful early version of ‘Waymaker’ was instrumental in introducing that momentous song to many around the globe.
