Aodhán King (pronounced Aiden) was born on Christmas Day, 1992, in Sydney, Australia. He discovered his passion for music during high school while volunteering to sing at Hillsong’s youth ministry. It was there, alongside some of his closest friends, that the band Young & Free was formed in the summer of 2012. Aodhán is a founding member of the twice GRAMMY-nominated band, whose achievements include, but are not limited to: Over 1.2 billion streams in North America alone, eight #1 singles, and ten Top 10 singles at Hot AC radio. They have also produced five Top 100 CCLI songs, including ”, “Sinking Deep”,”Real Love” and, “Alive”, and have performed at over 225 live events across the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, New Zealand, Central America, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Aodhán has made significant contributions to beloved anthems such as Hillsong Young & Free’s “Sinking Deep”, “Highs and Lows”, and “This Is Living,” Hillsong UNITED’s “Whole Heart (Hold Me Now)”, Hillsong Worship’s “Touch of Heaven”, and “No One But You”, Cody Carnes’ “Take You At Your Word”, “Good (Can’t Be Anything Else)”, Benjamin William Hastings’ “While I’m In The Wind” and “What a Friend ”, Elevation Worships “Great Is, Cory Asbury’s “Dear God”, LANY’s,“Alonica”, and Joshua Bassets, “Don’t Let Me Down showcasing the breadth and versatility of his authentic storytelling and captivating melodic sensibilities.

Now based in Los Angeles, California, Aodhán is set to release his debut solo album in the fall of 2024, with his first single “Thank You So Much Jesus (Feat. Paul Klein)” scheduled for release on August 9th, 2024.
