I can’t find my tickets. What should I do?

If this is more than 48 hours before the show, please email tickets@tprlive.co and we will be happy to assist you in finding your tickets. Anytime after that, you can arrive at the show and we will be able to look up your name and order on site.

What do I do if I only have a confirmation number and not a barcode on my ticket?

Ticket scanners are able to look up your tickets at the door with your confirmation number. However, if this is more than 48 hours before the show, you may also email tickets@tprlive.co and we will be happy to assist you in finding your tickets.

Something came up, can I get a refund for my tickets?

While we understand things come up, all purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to the buyer agreement located on our ticket links that was agreed to when purchasing.

What are the best channels to purchase tickets through?

There is an authorized ticket seller for each event and it will be linked directly from TPR.’s and the artists’ website. Please make sure you purchase from these sites to ensure you are being sold authentic official tickets.

How do I know what ticket type I purchased?

The ticket type you purchased should be listed on your ticket, however if it is not or you are not able to find it, please contact tickets@tprlive.co for assistance.

Can I upgrade my ticket level?

This varies on a show by show basis. If you are interested in upgrading, please email tickets@tprlive.co for assistance.

Does my child need a ticket?

Please contact the venue for all ticketing policies related to children. If the venue does not have a policy in place, TPR. allows any child 2 and under free attendance as long as they are sitting in the lap of a parent and do not obstruct the view of the person behind them.

Are my tickets valid if I purchased through a 3rd party site (Stubhub, Vividseats, Seatgeek, etc.)?

For the protection of our ticket buyers and event participants, third party selling of tickets will not be permitted for any TPR. event pages. There has been an increase in fraudulent and unlawful scams around concert ticket sales online. To ensure everyone has an official ticket to the event through proper channels, we recommend you purchase your tickets through the official ticketing outlet for your event. Any purchases through 3rd parties or 3rd party ticketing sites are not guaranteed by TPR. and limits your ability to receive up to date information for the event and any necessary assistance.

The show says “Sold out”, will more tickets be put online?

From time to time, tickets are released after a show has sold out, however we cannot guarantee this. We suggest keeping an eye on the show’s ticket link or Facebook event page just in case!

Do I have reserved seats?

Most of our events are General Admission, first come, first served. However, some shows are reserved seating. Your best bet would be to check your tickets. If you’d like clarification, please email tickets@tprlive.co and we’ll be happy to assist.

What time do doors open?

Door times vary for our events. To find out the door times for your event, click on the tour, then the show date you are attending for more details.

Why do you charge ticketing fees?

TPR. partners with ticketing agencies to make tickets available for our events. We do not often have control over the amount of fees that are charged to the ticket buyers. We make every effort to keep ticket prices affordable with rising costs.

What does “General Admission” entail?

General Admission tickets are first come, first serve seating. Doors for General Admission will open after VIP and Early Entry door times. Please reference the ticket link for more detailed information.

What does “Early Entry” entail?

Early Entry tickets typically allow for early entrance into the venue (after VIP) to get access to seating before General Admission ticket holders are given access.

What does “VIP” entail?

Each VIP ticket has a different list of perks that it comes with depending on the artist and tour. Please reference the ticket link or TPR. event page for specific info on that tour’s VIP offering. VIP ticket holders usually need to arrive early to receive these benefits. Please refer to the proper door time for VIP ticket holders at the events ticket link.

All Meet & Greet requests need to be directed to the artist or artist representatives. TPR. does not have the authority to authorize any special Meet & Greet with artists.

I need ADA seating, who do I contact?

Email tickets@tprlive.co for help with ADA seating.

Will there be concessions?

Some shows will have concessions, but not all. We recommend planning to eat before arriving at the venue just in case. If the event is at an arena, then concessions will almost always be available. Please check with the venue for more details.

Please contact info@tprlive.co for any sponsorship inquiries.

Can I or my band/worship team open for one of your shows/events?
