1. Eligibility

The TPR x Wonder Project Seat Upgrade Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are the lawful ticketholder or recipient of a valid ticket to the applicable Brandon Lake concert on March 20, 2026 promoted in connection with this Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, and directors of Wonder Project, Inc., TPR Live, the venue, ticketing partners, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wonder Project, Inc. (“Sponsor”), in partnership with TPR Live (“Partner”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 20, 2026 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CT on March 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), unless extended, shortened, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the designated entry form available through the official campaign landing page and submitting the requested information, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any other information requested by Sponsor.

Free Alternate Method of Entry:

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/phone number regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries in excess of this limit may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Submission of the entry form does not guarantee receipt of a prize. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prize

Seat Upgrade Prize: Sponsor will award up to one (1) winner a seat upgrade for the applicable Brandon Lake concert on March 20, 2026, consisting of replacement tickets or reassigned seats in a seat location designated by Sponsor or Partner in their sole discretion (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $500, depending on the original ticket location and the upgraded seat location.

The Prize applies only to the eligible winner’s ticket(s) for the March 20, 2026 show specified by Sponsor. The exact number of upgraded seats, upgraded section, row, and seat locations will be determined by Sponsor and/or Partner in their sole discretion, subject to availability. Prize must be used in connection with the March 20, 2026 show and may not be transferred to another date, artist, or event.

No cash alternative, refund, substitution, or transfer of Prize will be permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If a winner is unable to attend the applicable show, arrives after the time required for prize fulfillment, or otherwise cannot accept the Prize as offered, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on March 20, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The potential winner will be notified by email, phone call, and/or text message using the contact information provided at entry. Because this is a same-day show promotion, the potential winner must respond within the time period stated in the notification, which may be as little as thirty (30) minutes, or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

Before being confirmed as a winner, the potential winner may be required to verify eligibility, confirm attendance at the March 20, 2026 show, and execute any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor or Partner. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, fails to respond in a timely manner, fails to complete required documentation, or cannot accept the Prize before the applicable cutoff time, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

7. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Sponsor and Partner are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or undelivered entries, nor for technical, human, or other errors of any kind in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, seat availability issues, event changes, artist or venue restrictions, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

If the concert is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, or if seat inventory becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Prize, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or cancel the Sweepstakes altogether, in its sole discretion.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner, Brandon Lake, the applicable venue, ticketing providers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.

Sponsor and Partner are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes; (c) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (d) any inability of the winner to attend the applicable event or claim the Prize in time.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and, where permitted or consented to, for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time, subject to Sponsor’s applicable policies and legal obligations.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or Partner in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Wonder Project, Inc. – TPR Seat Upgrade Sweepstakes Winner List, 1120 South Capital of Texas Highway, Building 2, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78746, to be received within sixty (60) days following March 20, 2026.

12. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor may issue applicable tax forms based on the value of the Prize awarded.

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Partner’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and/or state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
