Steven Curtis Chapman Ultimate Valentine's Day Giveaway – Official Rules

The “Steven Curtis Chapman Ultimate Valentine's Day Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TPR. (“Sponsor”).

2) Not Affiliated Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta, the tour, any venue, or any ticketing platform/promoter. By entering, you understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram/Meta.

3) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor (and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household) are not eligible.

4) Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins February 14 at 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends February 17 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5) How to Enter

During the Entry Period, to be eligible you must complete the required steps below:

1. 
   Post a favorite photo or video from your wedding using the #IWillBeHere hashtag on your Instagram or Facebook feed between 2/14 - 2/17
    
   
   
   Sponsor may disqualify entries that appear to be spam or created via automated means.
   
   
    
   

All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Incomplete entries, entries that do not complete all required steps, or entries submitted through automated means are void.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) form submission per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other methods to enter unfairly.

6) Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Winner Contact: The (3) potential winners will be contacted on February 18 at 1:00 PM CT via Instagram DM.

Response Deadline: The potential winners must respond within 24 hours of notification (or the timeframe stated in the message). If the potential winners do not respond, is ineligible, cannot be verified, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7) Prize

Three (3) winners will receive:

• 
  Two (2) tickets to a Steven Curtis Chapman concert on the 2026 SPEECHLESS The Tour in a city/date chosen by the winner (subject to availability and applicable venue/ticketing policies); and

  One (1) $100 Visa gift card, intended to help cover dinner.
  

Ticket Details

After winner verification, the winner may choose the city/date they want to attend. Tickets are subject to availability at the time Sponsor secures/coordinates the tickets. If the winner’s preferred city/date is unavailable or sold out, Sponsor will work with the winner to select an alternative city/date (or, at Sponsor’s discretion, provide a comparable option). Tickets are not transferable for cash and may not be resold where prohibited by law or venue/ticketing terms. Winner and guests are responsible for complying with all venue/event policies.

Gift Card Delivery

The $100 Visa gift card will be emailed to the winner to a valid e-mail address provided by the winner. Delivery timing may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered mail.

8) Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

ARV of gift card: $100.
Ticket value varies by city/market and seat location. Total ARV equals $100 plus the face value of two (2) tickets at time of purchase/transfer.

9) Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10) Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.

11) Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12) General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate entries; technical issues; platform outages; or any errors in administering the Sweepstakes.

13) Release of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, and all related parties from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

14) Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any disputes shall be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in that state.
