Anne Wilson Spokane Giveaway – Official Rules

1) Sponsor

The “Anne Wilson Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TPR. (“Sponsor”).

2) Not Affiliated Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta, Anne Wilson, the tour, any venue, or any ticketing platform/promoter. By entering, you understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram/Meta.

3) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor (and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household) are not eligible. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

4) Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins September 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends September 7 at 11:59PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5) How to Enter

During the Entry Period, to be eligible you must complete all three (3) required steps below:

1. 
   Follow @spokaneplayground and @tprlive.co on Instagram; and
   
2. 
   Like the Instagram post; and
   
3. 
   On the official “Anne Wilson Spokane Giveaway” Instagram post, tag one (1) friend in the comments.

  Tags must be real individuals (no fake/duplicate accounts). Sponsor may disqualify entries that appear to be spam or created via automated means.
  

All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Incomplete entries, entries that do not complete all required steps, or entries submitted through automated means are void.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) tagged friend per comment. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other methods to enter unfairly.

6) Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Winner Contact: The potential winner will be contacted on September 8 at or near 10:00 AM PT via Instagram DM.

Response Deadline: The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of notification (or the timeframe stated in the message). If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, cannot be verified, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7) Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  Two (2) tickets to the Anne Wilson concert in Spokane at the Fox Theater on September 11 (subject to availability and applicable venue/ticketing policies)
  

Ticket Details

After winner verification, the winner will receive 2 tickets. Tickets are subject to availability at the time Sponsor secures/coordinates the tickets. Tickets are not transferable for cash and may not be resold where prohibited by law or venue/ticketing terms. Winner and guests are responsible for complying with all venue/event policies. Travel is not included.

8) Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Ticket value varies by city/market and seat location. Total ARV equals the face value of two (2) tickets at time of purchase/transfer. Estimated value: $50-$100 depending on seat selection.

9) Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. To request the name of the winner, send an email to brooke.gundersen@tprlive.co within 30 days of the sweepstakes end date.

10) Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.

11) Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12) General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate entries; technical issues; platform outages; or any errors in administering the Sweepstakes.

13) Release of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, and all related parties from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

14) Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any disputes shall be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in that state.
