The “Tick or Treat Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TPR. (“Sponsor”).

2) Not Affiliated Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., any participating venues, ticketing platforms, or performing artists. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram/Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
3) Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
4) Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 29, 2026 upon publication of the official announcement post and ends on November 2, 2026 at 9:30 AM Central Time (“CT”) (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
5) How to Enter
A. Primary Entry Method (Instagram):
During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes through Instagram via the following steps:
Follow the official Sponsor account on Instagram: @tprlive.co;
Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag at least one (1) friend you would bring with you. Each unique valid comment tagging a different friend constitutes one (1) entry; and
Complete the Official Entry Form: Following your comment, you will receive an automated Direct Message from @tprlive.co containing the link to the official entry form. You must access the link and complete the required submission form prior to the close of the Entry Period. (Alternatively, the entry form may also be accessed via the link in our bio/Story highlight if DMs are blocked or unreceived).
Entry Requirements & Restrictions:
Tags must represent genuine personal Instagram accounts. Duplicate tags, celebrity tags, or tags using automated accounts/bots will be disqualified.
Incomplete entries, entries not adhering to Instagram Community Guidelines, or entries generated through macros, scripts, or other automated means are void.
Entrants may not enter with multiple Instagram handles or false identities. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.
Marketing & Communications Consent
By completing the entry form, entrants agree to receive email and SMS marketing communications from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication without impacting their entry status in the drawing.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without subscribing to email or text messaging, send an email to tickets@tprlive.co with the subject line "Tick or Treat Giveaway Entry" including your full name, city/state, phone number, and preferred tour/event. AMOE entries must be received by November 2, 2026 at 9:30 AM CT and will be entered into the drawing with equal odds.
6) Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 2, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM CT from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Contact: The potential winner will be contacted on November 2 at or near 10:00AM CT via Instagram DM exclusively from the verified handle @tprlive.co. Sponsor will never contact entrants from secondary handles, ask for credit card information, or request payment for prize delivery.
Response Window: The potential winner must respond to the notification DM within twenty-four (24) hours of initial outreach to confirm acceptance and provide required contact/ticketing details.
Forfeiture: If the potential winner fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a separate random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
7) Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) general admission/standard reserved tickets to one (1) participating tour or event of the winner's choice, subject to seat availability, promoter confirmation, and venue ticketing policies.
ARV: The total Approximate Retail Value is between $50.00 and $250.00 USD, depending on the selected event, market, and seat tier. Any difference between stated ARV and actual face value will not be awarded.
Prize Terms & Exclusions:
TRAVEL, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all travel and related expenses.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Tickets may not be resold or bartered.
Winner and guest must comply with all venue health, safety, security, and age policies. Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, weather delays, or venue entry refusal.
8) Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9) Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.
10) Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s grant to Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, city/state of residence, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
11) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed entries; technical malfunctions; platform outages; or any human or electronic error in administering the Sweepstakes.
12) Release of Liability
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc., participating venues, performers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
13) Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
14) Winner Confirmation
To request confirmation of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
